Editorial Policy

Inclusion criteria

A venue is eligible if all of the following hold:

• It appears as a public business on Google Maps inside Thailand.
• Its Google category or business name indicates a massage, spa, reflexology, or wellness service.
• It is currently flagged as operational (not permanently closed).

Exclusion criteria

We do not list:

• Venues whose primary or sole offering is adult or sexual services.
• Venues marked permanently closed by Google.
• Hotels and gyms that happen to host a spa as a side amenity (the spa must be the venue's primary purpose).
• Venues with no verifiable address or coordinates.

We list combination wellness venues that offer adult-adjacent treatments alongside standard massage, but we do not target adult-only search intent on the main directory. The reasoning behind that segmentation is documented in our internal SEO and monetisation strategy and exists to keep the main directory safe-search compliant and credible to users, search engines, and advertisers alike.

Correction and removal process

If anything on a listing is wrong — hours, phone, address, photos, or the listing itself — email contact@example.com with the listing URL and the correction. Venue owners can request full removal from the same address; we honour removal requests within 7 days, no questions asked.

Material corrections update the listing's modified timestamp. We do not silently edit and we do not retroactively rewrite history.

Conflict of interest

• No venue can pay to be included, excluded, scored higher, or ranked higher in the organic directory.
• Sponsored placements, when offered, appear in clearly delineated slots and carry a visible "Sponsored" label.
• Display advertising is bought programmatically; we do not allow advertisers to influence listing data.
• Affiliate links to third-party booking or product partners, where used, do not affect ordering.

Reviews and user-generated content

We do not write fake reviews, and we do not currently host user reviews on the site. Star ratings and review counts shown on listings are the public Google Maps figures at the time of the last refresh. If we add user reviews in the future we will publish a separate moderation policy.

Use of AI

We use automated tooling, including LLMs, to extract structured data (treatment types, menu items, price points) from public venue websites and to normalise inconsistent inputs. All extraction output is cross-checked against the source page.

We do not use AI to generate reviews, opinions, or testimonials, and we do not publish AI-generated photos of venues. Where editorial copy on category and city pages is assisted by AI drafting, it is reviewed by a human editor before publication.
